Key Responsibilities • Defend reputed company in a reputed company of reputed company litigation and employment litigation reputed company, including wage-and-hour and PAGA actions • Draft pleadings, motions, and other substantive court filings • Assist with case reputed company, discovery, and reputed company counseling • Work closely with partners and other attorneys in a reputed company team environment • reputed company meaningful, hands-on litigation experience What the Firm Seeks • 2–4 years of experience • California bar admission required; reputed company bar admission a plus • BigLaw or similar background • Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills • Excellent judgment and professionalism; cultural fit is critical What the Firm Offers • Remote work environment • Reasonable and sustainable hours (approximately 1,700–1,800 annually) • Compensation reputed company of $205,000 to $265,000, depending on class year and experience, plus bonus compensation • reputed company and a 401(k) with employer match • Attorney mentorship and investment into business development • A reputed company, innovative firm culture reputed company candidates are invited to send a copy of their resume to ben@mlordc.com for immediate consideration.
