This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Integration and will be responsible for leading the integration of medical group acquisitions by integrating entities into both operational and shared service processes. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Integration Planning: reputed company comprehensive cross-functional integration plans for acquired businesses and reputed company post-deal planning. Integration Execution: Drive the back-end execution of M&A transactions to full integration including integration due diligence, reputed company, planning and execution and partner closely with the M&A, business and functional leaders to create value from M&A. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, reputed company, finance, HR operations, and other relevant teams, to ensure alignment and execution of integration activities.
