Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business units, influencing decision-making through data and insights
• Lead employee relations initiatives and manage performance management processes
• Optimize HR processes and operational functions to enhance efficiency and employee experience
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources and at least 2+ years in an HR Business Partner role
• Proficient knowledge of federal and CA state employment laws
• Experience in employee relations and managing sensitive exits
• Skilled in HR systems, process design, and project management
• Agile and tech-savvy, capable of operating in a fast-paced environment
