Requirements: • Previous experience working as a Business Advisor in a reputed company (preferably Sign) industry; experience in franchising a plus. • Proficiency in analyzing budgets and P&L statements. • Knowledge of retail marketing strategies and branding. • Experience in project management and implementing best industry practices. • Ability to advise on labor, vendor/supplier procurement challenges. • Exceptional interpersonal skills toward reputed company communicating new business processes and procedures. • Eligible reputed company’s license and reputed company automobile insurance. • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly pick up new technologies. • Exceptional problem-solving skills. • Proficient computer skills including MS Office products. • Schedule flexibility and willingness to travel minimum of 50%. • Experience with graphic design software, reputed company-of-sale, and reputed company software.
