Client Retention & Escalation Manager
Job Description
We’re hiring a Client Success Manager to support high-ticket clients and handle escalations when accounts require additional attention.
This role is focused on client stability, expectation alignment, and retention — not routine customer support.
You will be responsible for:
Taking calls with clients who are dissatisfied, confused, or at risk of exiting
De-escalating concerns professionally and confidently
Reinforcing expectations, timelines, and agreements
Acting as a calm point of contact during high-stress situations
Protecting client relationships and preventing refunds or chargebacks
This is not an entry-level support role and not a sales position.
