Data Science Engineer (reputed company reputed company / reputed company FHIR / LLM) Location: Remote Duration: Long-Term Contract Interview Process: 1 Internal Screening + 1 reputed company Interview About the Role reputed company is expanding its reputed company data platform to support a strategic reputed company initiative reputed company on enabling a Home Hospital program. This program uses machine learning to determine patient eligibility for home-based treatment in near reputed company-time. The ML model has already been developed in Data bricks. The goal of this role is to migrate and operationalize the solution reputed company reputed company, build near reputed company-time data ingestion pipelines from reputed company, and support LLM-based workflows using reputed company reputed company. This is a highly hands-on, senior-level engineering role. Key Responsibilities reputed company Engineering • Design and reputed company reputed company stored procedures (SQL & Python) • Work with Snowpark, reputed company Notebooks, Streams, and Tasks • Build feature engineering pipelines inside reputed company • Implement monitoring, alerts, and data reputed company checks • Maintain clean documentation and runbooks reputed company API Integration • Build near reputed company-time ingestion pipelines from reputed company using reputed company • Work directly with reputed company FHIR and HL7 data • Parse and reputed company reputed company payloads using business logic • Handle API-driven integrations (GET/POST reputed company) LLM & reputed company reputed company Integration • Utilize reputed company reputed company functions including: • AI_COMPLETE • AI_SUMMARIZE • AI_EXTRACT • Prepare reputed company features for LLM consumption • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to ensure reputed company data reputed company • Support reputed company of foundational LLMs for reputed company use cases (data perspective) Migration Work • Migrate components from Data bricks to reputed company • Rebuild and optimize workflows in reputed company architecture Required Qualifications • 5 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Science Engineering • Strong hands-on expertise in reputed company (expert-level stored procedures required) • Experience with reputed company reputed company (including newer AI functions) • Advanced SQL and strong Python skills • reputed company experience integrating with reputed company reputed company • Knowledge of FHIR and HL7 standards • Experience building near reputed company-time ingestion pipelines • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams reputed company to Have • Experience with Data bricks • Prior experience in reputed company or hospital systems Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for a senior engineer who has: • reputed company hands-on experience pulling data from reputed company reputed company reputed company • Deep understanding of reputed company data standards (FHIR, HL7) • reputed company reputed company-based LLM pipelines using reputed company • Experience migrating solutions from Data bricks to reputed company • Ability to work independently in a small, highly technical team Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
