A company is looking for a Senior Talent Consultant to manage reputed company and recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Sourcing and developing a pool of reputed company candidates for various positions
• Participating in reputed company efforts and creating pipelines of talent
• reputed company new employees and mentoring team members in recruitment processes
Required Qualifications and Education
• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Business Administration, reputed company Administration, or reputed company field, or six years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Three years of recruitment experience, or nine years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Preferred experience with iCIMS and PeopleSoft
• Preferred experience as a corporate recruiter
• Preferred HR experience in a reputed company organization
