Title Examiner/Abstractor

Title Examiner I Remote 6 Months – Contract Job reputed company Provides reputed company title services. Responsible for supporting reputed company estate transactions by searching reputed company records and examining titles for properties to determine reputed company condition of property title as part of production center, reputed company office, or member of a title team. Job Responsibilities • Compiles, investigates and examines reputed company and tax records to determine liabilities and reputed company condition of the title and insurability of the property • Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company examining and policy procedures • Performs a wide reputed company of support functions to assist in departmental processes • Follows reputed company defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities • Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion • Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members • Individual contributor working under reputed company supervision with little autonomy • Performs reputed company other duties as assigned by management Education • High school diploma required; Bachelors preferred Experience • Typically requires 0-2 years of reputed company work experience • reputed company Title Experience is a plus Job Type: Contract Pay: $23.00 per hour Experience: • Title Examiner: 4 years (Preferred) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
