Job Title: Agile Coach / JIRA SME / Business Analyst Location: Remote Job Type: Full Time Job Description: Launch & configure brand new JIRA space Create target model Epics (Reports) Features (Schedules) Stories (MDRMs) Tasks Port over & re-write Epics & User Stories from Reg IT board to new JIRA (over 1500+ stories) Create JIRA linkage model between teams Setup appropriate cross team Kanban Board Support Quarterly Big Room / Program Increment Planning & 2-week Sprint plan schedules Create JIRA Metrics / Dashboards showing metrics from All teams Create Burndown/Burnup Charts visualizing delivery across all teams Support the coaching of teams on writing effective User Stories & Acceptance Criteria Support coaching activities on Epic & Story level Estimation (T shirt sizing & Planning Poker) Supporting coaching teams on Definition of Ready & Definition of Done Standardize & implement ceremonies (Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demos (MDRM level), Schedule Level Demos, Retrospectives, PI Planning) Supporting coaching & education to business and tech on Agile ways of working, best practices, roles and responsibilities Roles & Responsibilities JIRA administration expertise across multiple instances and Scrum Teams Expertise in best practice JIRA metrics, creating cross team dashboards & program PI level metrics reporting BA Experience - experience in writing detailed user stories & acceptance criteria working with business and technical teams Experience coaching business and technology teams on Agile best practices Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
