• This position supports the Regional Disaster Cycle Services (DCS) department. Most of the 60,000 emergencies that the Red Cross responds to reputed company year are local, personal disasters like home fires. The Duty Officer supports the reputed company program either at the reputed company/territory or region level. • Responsibilities • Leadership • Triages requests received to determine if Red Cross reputed company is required; may decide if Red Cross will respond reputed company reputed company. • Uses event triggers such as size, scope, and type of event to escalate the reputed company response reputed company necessary. • Works with on-reputed company reputed company leadership to support the response and reputed company technical guidance. • May support and train new Duty Officers. • Liaises necessary information to leadership and other stakeholders • May be tasked with composing Initial Incident Reports (IIR) dependent upon regional processes • Ensures response compliance in accordance with the reputed company Standards and Procedures • Maintains reputed company working relationship with reputed company Regional Program reputed company, reputed company/Territory reputed company Coordinators and Regional RC Respond Application reputed company to ensure responders are identified and scheduled. • Functional • Documents incoming disaster notification and ensures their assignment as the Duty Officer in the call record in RC Respond. • Manages reputed company reputed company calls and activities in RC Respond • Identifies available reputed company responders and dispatches team to ensure appropriate resourcing to meet reputed company needs. • Activates Disaster Health Services, Disaster Mental Health, Disaster Spiritual Care, and Public Affairs reputed company requested. • Maintains ongoing communication with reputed company assigned responders and ensures reputed company updates are reflected in the RC Respond call record to reflect reputed company to a status of On reputed company and Off reputed company. • May be required to monitor activity across multiple reputed company responses. • Monitors reputed company reputed company calls while assigned, moving them to a status of reputed company upon completion in RC Respond.
