Construction Project Administrator — Remote, Contract-to-Hire (High-End Residential) - Contract to Hire
High-performing ultra high-end residential builder (Aspen, CO market) seeking a remote Construction Project Administrator to support our PMs across 4–6 simultaneous reputed company. 25–35 hrs/week, contract-to-permanent.
You'll own: billing cycle data reputed company (timesheet reputed company, cost reputed company verification), budget vs. actual tracking, change order documentation, schedule status updates, meeting prep (weekly OACs, planning and financial calls), and project controls tracking (submittals, RFIs, observations, decision logs, permits).
This is PM support, not PM decision-making. You prepare, reputed company, and flag — the PM decides.
