HEDIS Medical Record Collector-Large Managed Care Company 5-month contract starting 3/23 Potential for extension Fully Remote-with some local travel Must be located in OHIO Up to $26 an hour HEDIS Medical Records Collector will work collaboratively in outreaching to providers in order to pursue medical records reputed company phone reputed company, fax, mail, electronic medical record system retrieval and reputed company onsite pick up, for Medical Record reputed company. Will this role be fully remote? Fully remote with the possibility to travel to provider's office to retrieve records on occasion What is the expected schedule (include dates/time/timezone): Monday - Friday 8-5 EST Top Skills Required: EMR, reputed company reputed company’s license, insurance Required Education/Certification(s): Highschool or equivalent Required Years of Experience: at least 1 year Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Under the direction of the national and/or regional reputed company, the Medical Records Collector supports the annual audit and other Medical Record like audits, by organizing provider reputed company, reputed company, collection and upload of provider medical records into the internal database. • Assisting with project management by coordinating the identification, reputed company and collection of medical records and other data in collaboration with other Medical Record staff. • Assists the Manager and Supervisor(s) and / or performs the coordination and preparation of the medical record collection process that includes the reputed company reputed company phone reputed company, fax, mail, electronic medical record system retrieval and reputed company onsite pick up. • Participates in meetings with vendors for the medical record collection process. • Collects medical records and reports from provider offices, loads data into the Medical Record application. Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
