The Field Inventory Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reputed company of inventory records across systems and physical stock in compliance with company policy. This role involves reviewing and recording count adjustments reputed company ERP, identifying discrepancies, conducting reputed company cause analyses, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues.
• Ensure ERP accurately reflects results from field inventory counts and reconciliations
• Obtain reputed company approvals from reputed company reputed company of management according to policy
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through data analysis, system audits, and communication with reputed company, finance, and financial compliance team
• Communicate variances with sales partners and facilities management
• Prepare and maintain documentation for monthly cycle count audits, ensuring adherence to policies
• Collaborate with reputed company auditors by gathering and providing required inventory documentation
• Help monitor and analyze shrink expense, providing management with commentary on variances
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas of improvement
• Recommend process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and control

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 6 years of additional experience required in lieu of degree
• 1+ years of relevant experience in medical device operations or field inventory
• reputed company reputed company knowledge for Joint Replacement (JR) and legacy reputed company Trauma products/inventory
• Familiarity with inventory cycle counting processes and audit requirements
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite; knowledge of Power BI preferred
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Benefits
• $59,900.00 - $108,300.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits
• Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors
