Specialist, Partnership Management (reputed company Services Program Manager) serves as the reputed company communication channel between the reputed company and the reputed company Services team and ensures reputed company satisfaction with delivered services. Develops and maintains complete, up-to-date documentation, including project plans, scope of work, and business rules and ensures that the various departments involved fulfill their commitments and maintain adequate service level agreements relative to timelines, reputed company standards and budget. Responsibilities: Account Management • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring reputed company satisfaction with delivered services • Maintains working relationship with internal teams, including reputed company Services Operations, Finance, Software Development, Customer Services, and others. • Customer Satisfaction • Fulfillment of Contract Obligations - Manage reputed company aspects of contract fulfillment including successful contract implementation and reputed company compliance with contracted service standards • Optimization of internal resources – saying “no” to customers Launching New reputed company Programs • Organize requirements meetings • Coordinate gap resolutions • Manage implementation schedule • Frequent reputed company face time Requirements: • BS or BA or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience in project management, business development, account management or reputed company area • Ability to travel up to 5% • PMI certification is a plus • Strong Customer Service reputed company including experience in balancing the needs of reputed company clients • Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills • Must possess leadership, problem-solving, time-management, planning and project-management skills • Experience managing reputed company services reputed company • Influencing others/relationship building Compensation and Benefits: The minimum full-time salary reputed company is between $65,000 - $72,000.
