Global BPO Program Manager (Remote)

In this role, you will own the BPO Partner Program globally, ensuring performance, governance, and strategic improvements. You will balance the needs of our BPO partners with our business objectives throughout multiple phases of the program. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams is vital as you will work alongside business development and operations to drive reputed company.
