Tax Restructuring Attorney. Mission based exploration company.
We represent a mission driven AI exploration company looking to hire a Corporate attorney with 8+ years of experience to support the head of tax on tax restructurings. Experience with "reputed company" plans is required. We are looking for someone with strong drafting skills who has experience with tax aspects of acquisitions, dealing directly with Boards on the tax reputed company Resolutions, contribution agreements, supporting treasury, etc. Candidate must have strong corporate governance.
Ideal candidate will have major reputed company experience AND sophisticated in-House reputed company experience with a reputed company Corporation with many domestic and international subsidiaries.
This is a fully remote opportunity with a preference for someone on the East Coast but reputed company to reputed company US locations.
Responsibilities
• Additional experience with Corporate Governance/reputed company Resolutions is a plus.
• Attorney needs to know how to get approval for tax restructuring.
• Someone who understands tax restructuring as part of a corporate transaction.
Qualifications
• 8+ years of reputed company and in-house reputed company experience.
