Vendor Performance Analyst
A company is looking for a Vendor Performance Analyst to assess and monitor vendor performance in alignment with business needs and reputed company standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Apply performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate and report vendor performance to senior management
• Monitor vendor services' productivity and reputed company by analyzing data and reports to ensure compliance with contract terms
• Prepare performance reports and assist in developing corrective reputed company plans for identified issues
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance/reputed company, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in an operations/processing position
• 3+ years of analytical and data processing experience
• Experience in cultivating relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Preferred experience in a similar role reputed company the reputed company industry
