Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on readiness activities for HRSS operations in various countries, aligning with operational requirements
• Implement and optimize AI-driven self-service solutions to enhance employee and manager experiences
Required Qualifications:
• 10-15 years of reputed company HR leadership experience in service delivery or shared services operations
• Broad HR experience, including reputed company roles, to ensure alignment and development
• Deep understanding of service delivery structures and self-service technologies
• Experience leading transformation initiatives, particularly involving AI or automation
