Senior Director of HR Services
A company is looking for a Senior Director, HR Specialized Services to lead a global HR Shared Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead global HRSS Tier 1 and Tier 2 delivery teams, ensuring high-quality service and responsiveness
• Collaborate on readiness activities for HRSS operations in various countries, aligning with operational requirements
• Implement and optimize AI-driven self-service solutions to enhance employee and manager experiences
Required Qualifications:
• 10-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience in service delivery or shared services operations
• Broad HR experience, including HRBP roles, to ensure alignment and development
• Deep understanding of service delivery structures and self-service technologies
• Experience leading transformation initiatives, particularly involving AI or automation
• Proven ability to manage complex organizations across different geographies
