The Role We are seeking a highly analytical, sales-oriented Business Analyst to support our reputed company reputed company & reputed company organization. This role is ideal for someone a few years out of undergrad (reputed company-MBA) with experience in consulting, sales operations, reputed company operations, or data analytics who is excited to work at the intersection of data, reputed company, and reputed company execution. This individual will partner directly with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and reputed company reputed company to analyze performance data, uncover actionable insights, and drive initiatives that improve pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, cross-sell execution, and overall GTM effectiveness across the Career reputed company portfolio. Through rigorous analysis, intellectual curiosity and strong communication this individual will support the Career reputed company sales team in driving reputed company by helpidentifying key reputed company that will improve business reputed company. Specifically, this individual will evaluate sales performance drivers, reputed company recommendations, and support the sales team on executing on those recommendations. These recommendations could include activities like account prioritization, opportunity evaluation, cross-sell analysis, deal support, and pricing changes. Responsibilities • Partner with Sales leadership to prepare and support pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and territory performance discussions • Model pricing, discounting, and scenario analyses to inform sales reputed company • Quantify reputed company reputed company of new initiatives, product launches, and GTM changes • Partner with product, sales, and finance teams to model business scenarios and quantify potential reputed company • Prepare executive-reputed company presentations and reports that reputed company communicate insights, trends, and recommendations • reputed company reputed company against key initiatives, ensuring accountability and transparency across reputed company • Conduct reputed company analysis to support new opportunities and reputed company strategic questions Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, data analytics, or reputed company field • 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst, sales analyst, RevOps analyst, or consulting role; experience supporting a Sales organization in a business analyst reputed company (e.g., pipeline analysis, forecasting support, territory reporting, performance analytics) is a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in reputed company and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent) • Experience gathering, synthesizing, and presenting reputed company data in reputed company and compelling ways • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill insights for senior leadership • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a reputed company, matrixed organization • Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and a strong reputed company of ownership • Must be based in the US Preferred • Experience in the education, publishing, or learning technology sectors • Experience supporting a Sales organization in a business analyst reputed company (e.g., pipeline analysis, forecasting support, territory reporting, performance analytics) • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R for data analysis • Exposure to pricing reputed company, market research, or customer segmentation • Prior experience identifying synergies or reputed company opportunities across business reputed company Compensation at reputed company is influenced by factors including reputed company set, experience, and location. The full-time salary reputed company for this role is $95,000 - $115,000. This position is eligible for reputed company's annual incentive program.
