Client Services Executive

Damo Consulting is a fast-growing healthcare digital transformation advisory firm based in Chicago. Over the past several years, we have built a strong client list of leading healthcare enterprises and global technology brands and digital health startups. Damo Consulting is led by Paddy Padmanabhan, a nationally recognized thought leader and practitioner in healthcare digital transformation. We are looking to expand our digital transformation consulting and strategic growth advisory team with a Client Services Executive. As a Client Services Executive, you would be joining an existing team of highly talented and experienced individuals who have a track record of successfully serving the needs of C-level executives in achieving their strategic goals for their business. As an early hire in the business development function, you would be working directly with the CEO of Damo Consulting and have the opportunity to interact with senior executives in healthcare and technology. You will work on: • Generating and qualifying leads for the company’s service offerings • Researching prospect targets and building out a point of view on how we can help. • Nurturing prospects by sharing information on Damo Consulting and learning about their priorities and needs • Contribute to the ongoing learning and success of the Damo Consulting team by closing deals, sharing market and customer feedback, and generating new ideas for business growth You may be a fit if: • You have at least five years of experience in full-time roles in healthcare IT • Your experience includes working for a tech firm, a media relations firm, or a services organization • You have a track record in business development and serving clients • You are results-oriented, organized, and self-driven in your work. • You live in one of the major metro areas in the U.S. and are comfortable working remotely. You will be required to travel when pandemic restrictions are lifted.
