Corporate Legal Director
A company is looking for a Director, Corporate Legal to lead its global securities and governance function.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee SEC and public-company reporting compliance and ensure accuracy in disclosures
• Support Board interactions and corporate governance, advising on policies and compliance
• Design and scale the corporate legal function, leveraging AI and automation for governance processes
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of corporate and securities law experience at public companies or top law firms
• Deep expertise in '34 Act reporting, Section 16 compliance, and corporate governance best practices
• Experience advising Boards and executive teams in a high-growth environment
• Strong systems mindset with experience in building scalable governance processes
• JD and active bar membership
