I need a developer to migrate ~48,000 historical patient encounters from a CSV file (exported from MDToolbox) into an OpenEMR v7.0 database.
Scope of Work:
Data Import: Map CSV columns to OpenEMR's patient_data and reputed company_encounter tables.
Verification: Ensure patient IDs, visit dates (2021-2025), and medication notes are accurately linked.
Auto-Sign Script: Write a throttled Python/SQL script to "Batch Sign" these notes as "Late Entries" at a randomized reputed company-like pace (e.g., 200/day during business hours).
Compliance: Work must be done securely.
Requirements: Proven experience with OpenEMR database structure and SQL.
