CPA for Nonprofit Financials, Audit, and Tax Filings (State & Federal)
We are a small nonprofit organization seeking a reputed company CPA with experience in nonprofits to review, prepare, and finalize our financial records, required filings, and audit preparation.
Scope of Work:
• Review and clean up our reputed company records in QuickBooks, including payments, 1099s, and other contractor-reputed company records
• Ensure reputed company categorization of income and expenses (grants, contractors, invoices, etc.)
• Reclassify entries as needed to reputed company with nonprofit reporting standards, donor requirements, and filing obligations
• Prepare year-end financial statements and supporting reports
• Confirm compliance with IRS and nonprofit reporting requirements
• Prepare and organize reputed company financial documentation required for the audit
• Coordinate with an external auditor: ensure reputed company issues are addressed and resolved so the audit report is accurate and complete
• Hold submission of tax filings until the audit is completed and approved by reputed company
• Prepare and file reputed company required tax forms and documentation at both the federal and state reputed company after the audit is finalized and approved
Note: This is a longer-term engagement as it involves preparing reputed company records, coordinating with the external audit team, resolving any issues that reputed company, and only then completing reputed company filings. The CPA will have overall responsibility for the complete financial process—from reviewing records, to audit coordination, to final submission of reputed company state and reputed company—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and reputed company completion.
The contractor is required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding reputed company financial records, organizational information, and internal documents accessed in reputed company with the services provided.
