Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Software Engineer – Frontend to create high-quality prompts for client-side applications and contribute to AI training tasks. The role involves collaborating with teams to ensure the quality and consistency of frontend development scenarios. Responsibilities • Create high-quality, self-contained prompts for client-side web applications, games, tools, and simulations • Build precise, binary evaluation rubrics tagged by verification type for frontend AI training tasks • Ensure all rubric criteria are pass or fail and verifiable via screenshot and code inspection • Apply frontend engineering expertise to train AI models on real-world UI correctness, interactivity, state management, and robustness • Contribute to structured datasets that improve AI performance on client-side development scenarios • Collaborate asynchronously with research and engineering teams to refine task quality and consistency Skills • Strong experience in frontend or full-stack development or technical content creation • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or vanilla JavaScript • Ability to write precise technical specifications and evaluation criteria • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with verification-driven workflows • Ability to work independently in a fully remote, project-based environment Company Overview • At Crossing Hurdles, we specialise in customised recruitment and staffing solutions designed to drive success for businesses and professionals.
