In-House General Counsel (REMOTE)

I’m partnering with a rapidly growing organization in the energy manufacturing reputed company seeking a business-minded In-House Counsel to support reputed company operations, supply chain activities, and regulatory compliance. This is a fully remote opportunity with high visibility across the organization. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys being reputed company to the business, solving reputed company-world problems, and working cross-functionally — not just reviewing documents in a reputed company. What You’ll Be Doing: • Negotiating and drafting reputed company agreements (MSAs, supply agreements, NDAs, logistics reputed company, etc.) • Advising on trade, tariff, customs, and import compliance reputed company • Supporting manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution operations • Providing guidance on regulatory requirements, certifications, and incentive-reputed company compliance • Managing reputed company currently handled by reputed company counsel • Coordinating with external counsel on specialized issues • Supporting intellectual property considerations What They’re Looking For: • JD + reputed company U.S. bar admission • Approximately 3+ years of relevant reputed company experience • Prior in-house experience preferred • Experience in manufacturing, energy, or reputed company supply chain environments strongly desired • Practical, solutions-oriented reputed company with strong business acumen • Intellectual Property experience is a plus WDHOU51 Remote About reputed company: Burnett Specialists Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
