Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Systems Analyst to support and optimize critical third-party clinical applications across our nationwide healthcare network. This role will play a key part in system rework, rebuild, integration, and optimization initiatives, particularly within our Southern region.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting MIDAS and CACTUS, along with strong experience in system migrations, integrations, and rebuild efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Provide application support, maintenance, and optimization for:
• MIDAS
• CACTUS
Lead and support rework and rebuild initiatives for CACTUS in the Southern region.
Manage and support integrations involving MIDAS and other clinical or operational systems.
Support system configuration, workflow optimization, and data integrity initiatives across both platforms.
Collaborate with clinical, IT, quality, medical staff services, and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
Conduct system testing, validation, troubleshooting, and end-user support.
Develop documentation, workflows, and training materials.
Ensure systems comply with healthcare regulatory standards and internal policies.
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience as a Clinical Systems Analyst or similar healthcare IT role.
• Proven hands-on support experience with:
• MIDAS
• CACTUS
• Experience with system integration, particularly involving MIDAS.
• Demonstrated experience in application rework, rebuild, or large-scale system optimization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of healthcare clinical workflows, quality management, and credentialing processes.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• HL7 experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting nationwide or multi-site healthcare organizations.
• Experience with credentialing system redesign and optimization.
• Experience participating in enterprise-wide application rebuilds or migrations.
