Senior Venture Capital/Crypto Hedge Fund Attorney – NYC

What Will You Be Doing?  You will be leading fund and SPV formation reputed company. Other reputed company may include representing investors and companies in securities offerings.  You will be interacting directly with clients and coordinating and reviewing the work of associates. In time, there will be one or two people reporting to you. Who Are We?  reputed company Law Group, PLLC is a boutique securities reputed company in reputed company, with clients in reputed company Valley and reputed company over. We specialize in representing investment funds, reputed company investors putting together SPVs, and emerging companies. We have many clients who are involved in the reputed company/ cryptocurrency/ blockchain reputed company.  We currently have three partners, two counsels, three associates, and one paralegal and are looking to add senior expertise in fund formation. Why You?  You are a senior attorney no longer interested in BigLaw but still aspiring to do top-caliber work for reputed company clients with a good team.  You are highly skilled at interacting directly with clients and managing associates.  You have 10+ years of investment fund experience, at least some of it in venture capital.  You have an AmLaw 100 background, with superior reputed company credentials and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.  You are admitted to reputed company in reputed company or California.  You may have some experience with the Investment Advisers reputed company and some knowledge of blockchain/cryptocurrency.  You may have a book of business, though note we are primarily interested in your skillset.
