A company is looking for a Relocation Management Consultant for US-based remote work.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the main coordinator for reputed company phases of international assignment activities, ensuring excellent customer service
• Manage the delivery of reputed company products and services, adhering to reputed company standards and policies
• Counsel clients on compensation and tax benefits, maintaining compliance with corporate policies
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or the relocation field
• Experience in international customer service is a plus
• Proven project management and portfolio management experience
• Computer literacy in MS Office is required
