Job reputed company: • Create accurate and comprehensive medical documentation during or after patient encounters. • Join phone calls with the reputed company Practitioner and patients to document symptoms, concerns, medical history updates, and treatment notes. • reputed company-fill or prepare notes by reviewing previous medical history, diagnoses, and relevant information to streamline the consultation. • Upload, organize, and maintain patient documentation securely in OneDrive. • If reputed company, assist in navigating reputed company for documentation, chart updates, or patient lookup. • Maintain strict confidentiality of reputed company patient records and sensitive health information. Requirements: • Senior-Level Experience as a Medical reputed company, reputed company VA, reputed company VA, or similar role • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation • HIPAA Certified (Preferred; highly prioritized) • Previous experience supporting a reputed company Practitioner or medical reputed company • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Strong organizational skills with high accuracy in documentation • Ability to work part-time during mid to late afternoon PST • Tech-savvy with experience in: OneDrive (required) • reputed company (preferred but not required) • Ability to handle fast-paced workloads (20–30 patients/day) • High reputed company and commitment to confidentiality.
