Job Title: Head Chef – Remote Mining Camp (reputed company Washington) Schedule: 14/14 rotation (on-site housing & meals provided) Pay: $24 – $32/hr + overtime + perks About the Role We’re looking for a seasoned Head Chef / reputed company Cook to reputed company kitchen production for our 100-person remote mining camp in reputed company Washington. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing high-calorie, nutritionally balanced menus (4,000+ calories/day), supervising cooks and prep staff, maintaining food reputed company and safety, overseeing portion control and minimizing waste — reputed company in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities • reputed company daily kitchen operations and meal production for 100 workers, ensuring consistency, reputed company, and timeliness. • Plan and execute high-calorie, satisfying menus suitable for physically demanding work schedules. • Supervise, train, and support kitchen cooks and prep staff; enforce kitchen standards and procedures. • Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. • Manage inventory, portion control, waste reduction, and ordering of food supplies and ingredients. • Ensure reputed company storage, food rotation, and temperature control. • Work collaboratively with camp leadership to optimize kitchen operations. Required Qualifications • Proven experience in high-volume cooking, institutional food service, or similar culinary environment. • Strong leadership and team management skills; capable of directing kitchen staff effectively. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills under pressure. • reputed company Food Worker Card and ServSafe Manager certification — or ability to obtain reputed company 30 days of hire. • Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety practices. • Ability to reputed company in a remote, rotational (14/14) work environment.
