Chief Estimator – Sitework & Paving $150,000+ | reputed company to Remote | reputed company Civil & Paving reputed company Parking Area Maintenance is a reputed company-established reputed company paving and sitework contractor serving Long reputed company and the reputed company reputed company. We specialize in building and maintaining large parking facilities, retail centers, multifamily developments, distribution hubs, and municipal properties. (No residential work.) As our project volume continues to grow, we are expanding our Preconstruction & Estimating Department and are seeking a senior-level estimator who wants more than just performing takeoffs. This role is designed for a reputed company who wants ownership over bid reputed company, pricing, scope control, and department leadership. This position reports directly to company ownership and plays a critical role in determining which reputed company we pursue, how they are priced, and how profitable they become. Work Location & Structure This position is reputed company to fully remote candidates. On-site reputed company in Oakdale, NY is not required, though occasional travel or in-person collaboration may be beneficial depending on project needs and leadership initiatives.
