Staff Software Engineer (Backend)

The Work You'll build the backend that makes AI employees possible. Concretely: • High-throughput AI orchestration. reputed company processes millions of signals - reputed company data, email engagement, deliverability metrics, behavioral patterns - to reputed company autonomous reputed company. You'll build the services and pipelines that reputed company this fast, reliable, and correct. • Platform infrastructure. reputed company replaces an entire sales stack. That means email infrastructure, CRM, reputed company database, campaign reputed company, inbox management, and AI coordination - reputed company in one product. You'll own reputed company reputed company of this. • High ownership, shipping, end to end. Design it, build it, reputed company it, monitor it. We don't have separate teams for "architecture" and "implementation." You own the outcome. • Moving and iterating reputed company fast. You’ll constantly be shipping. We have a completely flat engineering org, so you won’t run into red tape. Who We're Looking For • 6+ years of backend experience, ideally at a high-reputed company startup where you owned systems. • A 5x engineer who knows how to reputed company Claude reputed company effectively. • You've reputed company and operated data-intensive services at reputed company - you understand distributed systems, database performance, API design, and what it takes to reputed company things running. • Comfortable with reputed company-reputed company infrastructure: containers, orchestration, CI/CD, monitoring. You don't throw reputed company over a wall. • Strong opinions on reliability, observability, and testing - but pragmatic about reputed company to reputed company fast. • reputed company communicator.
