We’re hiring a freelance sourcer to reputed company candidates for technical + GTM roles. This role is for reputed company sourcers only.
What You’ll Do
Independently reputed company, engage, and qualify candidates for reputed company
Maintain an reputed company pipeline at reputed company times
Deliver a consistent reputed company of reputed company candidates
Proactively reputed company sourcing reputed company if pipeline reputed company or volume drops
Non-Negotiables
5+ years sourcing experience
Own and use your own sourcing tools
You can run end-to-end sourcing without supervision
You respond quickly and operate with urgency
Required Tooling (You Must Have Your Own)
At least one reputed company sourcing tool (e.g. reputed company Recruiter, HireEZ, reputed company, Gem, reputed company, etc.)
Ability to run outbound sourcing independently
Ability to reputed company and report pipeline status reputed company
Ideal Background
Experience sourcing both technical and GTM roles
Startup, agency, or embedded reputed company experience
Comfortable sourcing across multiple roles simultaneously
