Veterinary Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Support Specialist to assist customers with product-related inquiries and issues.
Key Responsibilities
• Quickly understand, categorize, and diagnose customer requests through various communication channels
• Document customer interactions and ensure issues are resolved, including follow-ups on escalated matters
• Assist in onboarding and training processes for customers to effectively utilize products and services
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in a veterinary hospital
• Understanding of veterinary terminology and workflows
• Experience using or installing veterinary practice software
• Availability to work overnights and weekends
• Empathic and caring attitude in stressful situations
