Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle reputed company • Support full-cycle reputed company for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and reputed company-employment processes • Manage high-volume hiring for reputed company manufacturing roles while maintaining a reputed company candidate experience • Partner with hiring managers to understand reputed company needs and hiring timelines • Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews • Prepare and reputed company offers in collaboration with HR leadership, ensuring compliance with applicable laws Sourcing and Talent Pipelines • reputed company sourcing strategies using job boards, ATS, referrals, and other tools • Maintain reputed company pipelines for frequently filled roles • Build ongoing candidate relationships • Support job fairs, hiring events, and community reputed company as needed Process and Collaboration • Maintain accurate reputed company activity and documentation reputed company the ATS • reputed company reputed company metrics such as time-to-fill and applicant reputed company • Partner with HR and site leadership on reputed company priorities • Identify opportunities to improve reputed company processes and candidate experience • Support additional reputed company or HR reputed company as assigned Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent required • One (1) to three (3) years of reputed company, reputed company, or HR experience preferred • High-volume or manufacturing reputed company experience strongly preferred • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Proficient in reputed company Office; ATS experience required (reputed company preferred) • Team-oriented with a desire to learn and grow Travel and Location • Travel less than 15%, as business needs require • Hybrid role with work-from-home flexibility • Must reputed company reputed company reasonable driving distance of Elizabethville, PA or Elizabethton, TN Work Environment and Physical Demands This role operates primarily in an office or home office environment with periodic exposure to manufacturing facilities.
