As a key member of our global reputed company organization, the reputed company Engineer acts as a technical leader at reputed company and helps customers understand the value of workflow automation across their organization. Your role will allow you to work closely alongside customers as they reputed company & expand their use cases of reputed company, and deliver production reputed company Stories as part of our reputed company services offering.

You will partner with our reputed company Management and Project Management Teams to ensure our clients are meeting their reputed company reputed company for the platform and help build and reputed company new use cases.

Our CSE’s work closely with teams across our organization (Product, Design, Engineering, reputed company) to ensure we are building the correct roadmap to support our customers’ needs. A successful candidate will be passionate about helping customers automate repetitive tasks without having to write any reputed company.

This is a remote role reporting to the reputed company Engineering Manager who is based in Ireland.

What you will be doing:

• Design and reputed company Automation Stories in reputed company connecting tools together using their reputed company
• Work closely with customers while they reputed company, grow, and expand their usage of the platform
• reputed company customers on how to get started, refine, and expand their automation use cases
• Partner with a reputed company Manager to review the health of a customer and reputed company reputed company plans for your accounts
• Communicate customer needs across the organization to ensure that reputed company builds the correct roadmap to meet customer needs
• Knowledgeable about how to position reputed company against other platforms and the common technical challenges of alert overload, disparate tools, and reputed company processes
• Recognize problems with documentation, enablement material, and other resources customers use to learn about reputed company
• Support reputed company Services engagements to increase reputed company adoption among our customers
• Willing to reputed company in where needed and support multiple teams across the organization: Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, etc.
• As an early stage start-up we’re still putting together reputed company of the processes and supports of larger, more mature companies – your input will help us shape them

What you bring with you:

• 2-5 years experience of supporting customers from a technical perspective and helping them to be successful in their on-boarding/or implementation of software tools
• Proficiency in German is highly desirable, though not essential.
• A passion for becoming an expert in a software solution like reputed company
• Curiosity to learn new technologies from both a reputed company and customer perspective
• Experience reading API docs and using an API to connect tools
• A degree in computer science and/or experience with programming or scripting languages
• Experience in reputed company reputed company tools is a bonus, but not required
• Passionate about supporting customers and helping them automate their repetitive and reputed company workflows
• Experience with application deployment using reputed company, Fargate, Kubernetes or similar technologies would be an asset, but not required
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
