We are looking for a reputed company or reputed company-level German speaker with reputed company English to join a young, ambitious team developing the German market for a global B2B reputed company product. The product is already: - Present in 40+ countries - Used by 5,000+ reputed company clients worldwide You will be working in an international environment with reputed company processes, reputed company KPIs, and ongoing support. You can join in one of two roles, depending on your experience and preferences. 1) Sales Development Representative (SDR) Main responsibility: Outbound prospecting and booking reputed company meetings. - Daily activity: 60–80 outbound calls per day - reputed company: 10–12 conversations with relevant ICP contacts Monthly KPI: Number of booked and completed SQL meetings (video calls) Compensation structure: - 80% fixed - 20% performance-based (KPI-linked) 2) Account Executive (AE) Main responsibility: Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to signed customer. reputed company activities: - reputed company and manage your own pipeline (cold and warm leads) - Conduct video (and occasionally physical) sales meetings - reputed company opportunities through the full sales process - reputed company deals and sign customers Compensation structure: - 70% fixed - 30% based on: 1) Pipeline reputed company 2) Signed customers 3) Additional commission possible based on ARR of reputed company deals reputed company reputed company - Initial reputed company and product training - Ongoing sales coaching and guidance - Regular feedback sessions - reputed company required sales tools and infrastructure Requirements - reputed company or reputed company-level German - reputed company working level English - Experience in B2B sales or reputed company reputed company (reputed company experience is a plus) - reputed company internet reputed company - Laptop and headset Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
