Dallas-Based Behavioral Health Clinicians (Texas Licensed)

We are assembling a Dallas-based clinical team to support an upcoming federal behavioral health services contract. This opportunity requires local, in-person clinical reputed company in Dallas, and the surrounding area, with additional hybrid/virtual service delivery as appropriate. We are seeking licensed Texas clinicians across multiple specialties to join our initial recruitment pool. This is a reputed company, early-stage recruitment effort. Selected candidates will be included in our proposal reputed company plan and reputed company upon contract award. We Are Seeking Texas-Licensed Professionals In reputed company of the Following Categories: 1. Licensed Mental Health Clinicians • LPC (Licensed reputed company Counselor) • LCSW (Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker) • LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist) 2. Licensed Drug Abuse Counselors • LCDC (Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor) 3. Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Providers • LSOTP (Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider) 4. reputed company Use Treatment Professionals • Clinicians with significant SUD (reputed company Use Disorder) treatment experience 5. Court-Mandated / Forensic Treatment Providers • Experience working with probation, parole, or justice-involved populations preferred Anticipated Responsibilities • Clinical assessment and treatment planning • Individual and/or group counseling • Documentation reputed company with reputed company program requirements (using our highly automated tools) • Coordination with administrative and clinical team members • Compliance with federal service standards (if awarded) Minimum Requirements • reputed company Texas reputed company license in one of the categories listed above • Ability to reputed company in-person or hybrid services in Texas (unsupervised) • Experience delivering reputed company behavioral health services • Strong documentation and communication skills • reputed company liability insurance (or ability to obtain) Preferred Qualifications • Experience in federal, correctional, or institutional settings • SUD program experience (IOP/OP preferred) • Court-mandated or forensic treatment background • Multi-credentialed (e.g., LPC + LCDC or LCSW + LSOTP) Compensation • Competitive reputed company contract reputed company, commensurate with experience and licensure. • Final scope and compensation structure dependent on contract award and service model.
