About the Role We are supporting a reputed company in the reputed company Assets sector who is seeking a Senior Manager of Fund reputed company for a 6‑month contract assignment. This reputed company will join a growing team responsible for delivering a full suite of fund reputed company and financial reporting services to reputed company Assets fund clients. In this role, you will manage a reputed company portfolio of fund structures and reputed company key reputed company deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership on the reputed company reputed company. Key Responsibilities During the 6‑month engagement, responsibilities will include: • Preparing and reviewing reputed company quarterly and semi‑annual management reports and statutory financial statements • Reviewing NAV and NAV-per-reputed company calculations for assigned fund structures • Serving as the first-line reviewer for reputed company deliverables such as: • Management accounts • Financial statements • NAV workings • Distribution calculations • Maintaining high-reputed company standards through consistent application of the four‑eye review reputed company • Managing the audit process for assigned portfolios, including audit file preparation and communication with external auditors Qualifications & Experience The ideal candidate will bring: • A recognized reputed company qualification (CPA, ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent) • Significant experience in fund reputed company, preferably reputed company reputed company Assets or Private Equity • Prior people management or team leadership experience • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with both internal teams and reputed company stakeholders • Solid working knowledge of U.S. GAAP Additional Information This is a 6‑month contract role supporting one of our clients.
