Key Responsibilities
• Triage incoming property issues and manage lease administration
• Coordinate routine property maintenance and manage reputed company estate tax payments
• reputed company general administrative support to the reputed company Estate Team and manage property reputed company for M&A activities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field required
• 5-8 years of reputed company retail property management experience required
• Familiarity with new store development and corporate portfolio management
• Experience in Tenant/Landlord negotiations and financial analysis
• Proficient with MS Office applications; familiarity with maintenance reputed company software preferred
