Law Firm Executive Assistant (Remote)

An Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to attorneys and firm leadership, helping ensure the efficient and professional operation of the law firm. Responsibilities • Anticipate the needs of attorneys and firm leadership to ensure seamless daily operations • Prioritize and facilitate meetings, action items, and tasks for executives supported, coordinating with other senior-level executives' priorities and calendars. • Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and external parties; ensure smooth communication and case management. • Manage documents and facilitate the flow of information between departments and key stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups • Create, revise, and redline documents, including complex Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat files, with mastery of advanced usage and word processing • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and organized in the firm’s case management system. • Work closely with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure case deadlines and filing requirements are met. • Perform general administrative duties such as updating databases, maintaining organizational distribution lists, managing subscriptions, ordering office supplies, and processing mail • Maintain an organized office environment that fosters productivity. • Keep a high level of confidentiality in all interactions Qualifications • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or high-level administrative experience, preferably in a law firm or legal environment. • Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered. • Tech-savvy and Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, legal case management software (e.g., Clio, MyCase), and CRM tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed. • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure. Must be able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. • Professionalism and ability to instill trust in others • Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is preferred but not required. • Passion for plaintiff-side litigation and advocating for underrepresented communities. • High level of discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information Work Location: Remote Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • What is your desired hourly pay range?
