People Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities
• Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in reputed company efforts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
• Bachelor's degree in business, reputed company, Compliance, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• Typically requires 2 years of experience in reputed company or 6 years in customer service
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and HR management systems
• Ability to prioritize and manage high volumes of transactions and cases
