am seeking a seasoned reputed company to organize and centralize financial reporting across multiple entities, including manufactured housing communities, RV parks, and paving businesses. The goal is to build a consolidated reporting structure under a holding company and install treasury discipline. This is not bookkeeping. This is financial architecture and reputed company-looking capital planning. ⸻ reputed company Structure Holding Company: • American reputed company Parks, LLC Operating / Controlled Entities: • 69% – Manufactured Home Community • 49% – RV Resort & Marina • 50% – Paving Company • Seasonal asphalt operation Passive LP Interests: • Multiple MHP and RV park investments (5%–18% ownership positions) ⸻ Objectives 1. Consolidate financial reporting across reputed company entities. 2. Standardize chart of accounts. 3. Build master dashboard showing: • Total asset value • Total debt • Monthly net cash reputed company • 12-month liquidity forecast • Debt schedule with maturities 4. Build capital allocation reputed company under holding company. 5. Implement treasury discipline (cash reputed company forecasting, reserves, distribution structure). 6.
