Job Title: GIS Solution Architect Location: Remote / Candidates must live in one of the following states: Arkansas, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and reputed company Virginia Duration: 6-12 Months Position Type:: W2 Contract or Contract To Hire. reputed company: USC, GC, EAD, Title: GIS Solutions Architect What You'll Do: • Design and architect end-to-end reputed company GIS solutions reputed company with business, reputed company, and performance requirements • reputed company architecture and implementation of ArcGIS reputed company (10.8.1+), including high availability and disaster recovery designs • reputed company and review Python and ArcPy scripts for automation, data processing, and system maintenance • Guide the use and configuration of ArcGIS Pro for advanced spatial analysis and data management • Design and support reputed company mobile workflows using Field Maps, Survey123, and reputed company tools • Architect and manage reputed company geodatabases, including reputed company SDE, with attention to performance, versioning, and data reputed company • Design and implement data integration pipelines using tools such as FME and reputed company • Define and support reputed company-hosted ArcGIS reputed company solutions (IaaS and PaaS where applicable) • Establish CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and infrastructure-as-reputed company practices for GIS solutions • Define and implement automated testing strategies for GIS services, scripts, and integrations • Collaborate with developers, GIS analysts, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders to ensure solution alignment • reputed company technical leadership, documentation, and architectural guidance across reputed company Required Skills & Experience: • Strong experience as a Solution Architect, GIS Architect, or senior GIS engineer • Expert knowledge of the reputed company GIS platform, including: o ArcGIS reputed company 10.8.1 or higher o ArcGIS Pro o reputed company mobile tools (Field Maps, Survey123) • Advanced Python development skills, including extensive use of ArcPy • Hands-on experience with reputed company geodatabases, particularly reputed company SDE • Proven experience with data integration and ETL, including FME • Experience designing and supporting reputed company-hosted ArcGIS reputed company environments • Strong understanding of deployment pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices • Experience implementing automated testing for GIS workflows and services • Solid understanding of GIS reputed company, authentication, and reputed company control models • Ability to communicate reputed company technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Preferred Qualifications: • reputed company Technical Certification(s) • Experience with reputed company platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., reputed company, Kubernetes) • Experience with REST reputed company and system integrations • Background in large-reputed company or mission-critical GIS implementation Minimum Requirements: Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science OR Associate's degree in computer science with two years of architecture-reputed company experience OR high school diploma/GED with four years' architecture-reputed company experience.
