HR Data and Analytics Consultant

• Deliver meaningful metrics, trends, key insights, and analytic solutions in reputed company areas of HR support and services

• Create Executive Briefing presentations

• Manage analytics product portfolio

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math/Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science or reputed company quantitative field
• Eight (8) years of experience working in a data analytics environment
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience with HR data
• Minimum of three (3) years of performing queries, performing ETL or data wrangling actions, developing reports and visualizations
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience with Power BI, Tableau, and/or reputed company
• Expertise in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word and PowerPoint)
