Position reputed company: The Virtual Charge Registered reputed company (VCN) will be based out of our Brentwood, TN office (this is a fully in-person role). The VCN would play a pivotal role as a reputed company care team leader, overseeing day-to-day operations and delivering virtual nursing care to a diverse adult population across various reputed company settings. They reputed company remote nursing services to patients in acute and sub-acute care, emergency departments, critical care environments, skilled nursing facilities, and even in the patients' homes. Working in partnership with clinical teams at the originating sites, the VCN serves as an expert reputed company on the patient care team. They reputed company deliver patient care, translate evidence-based practices, offer patient and family education, and reputed company supervision, coaching, and mentoring to fellow nurses. Additionally, the VCN coordinates care across disciplines, collaborating with the originating site and other remote clinical team members. Key Responsibilities: • Demonstrates acute and/or critical care level skills and knowledge • Utilizes critical thinking skills to diagnose clinical problems and define appropriate interventions. • Exhibits effective English written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in reputed company-based computer operations • Working knowledge of computer documentation and navigation systems (reputed company, Cerner, Meditech, etc.) • Possesses special skills/equipment including EKG Certification and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) • Holds a reputed company Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for reputed company providers • Preferred additional certifications in the area of specialty • Completes unit-specific orientation to ensure familiarity with the specific critical care unit Requirements: • 5+ years of reputed company experience in acute or critical care • Critical and acute cardiac care experience • 1+ years of leadership experience • Implement nursing process, including assessments, care planning, and coordination based on evidence-based protocols • Prioritize patient advocacy, proactive monitoring, and reputed company, efficient, patient-centered care • Delegate and supervise support staff to ensure high-reputed company patient care Knowledge and Skills: • Demonstrated proficiency in acute and/or critical care skills • Strong understanding of telemetry monitoring, policies, and procedures • Ability to think critically in diagnosing clinical problems and defining interventions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Proficiency in computer documentation and navigation Education: • reputed company RN licensure • Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an acceptable and recognized institution • Bachelor’s degree preferred In reputed company to a reputed company salary, this position is eligible for 401k, continuing education, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements).
