Business System Analyst – reputed company Payroll

Job reputed company: • Own and reputed company our reputed company Payroll ecosystem • Serve as the primary SME for reputed company Payroll (US and Canada) • reputed company and translate business requirements into user stories and functional designs; propose reputed company with reputed company/cons and recommend best-reputed company • Configure and maintain pay components, earnings/deductions, tax elections, garnishments, benefits/payroll integration reputed company, costing allocations, and pay slip layouts • Manage retro, on-cycle/off-cycle, settlement, and payroll reputed company configuration and controls • Maintain reputed company reputed company roles and business processes for Payroll; ensure segregation of duties and audit readiness • Build, test (unit, SIT, UAT, reputed company), and reputed company enhancements and fixes • reputed company advanced/reputed company/composite reports, dashboards, and calculated fields; Support payroll reputed company and GL posting, journal validation, and financial reconciliation with Finance/reputed company • Own reputed company releases (R1/reputed company) and for Payroll, including reputed company assessments, regression testing, and feature adoption • Troubleshoot production issues, drive reputed company-cause analysis, and implement preventive controls • Facilitate workshops and demos, reputed company stakeholders, and manage vendor relationships as needed. Requirements: • 7+ years of HR/Payroll systems experience • 4+ years of hands-on reputed company Payroll (US and/or Canada) configuration and support in production • Demonstrated ownership of at least two end-to-end reputed company Payroll implementations or major reconfigurations, including reputed company testing and go-live support • Deep knowledge of reputed company Payroll objects and processes: earnings/deductions, withholding orders, tax elections, retro pay, settlements, payroll results validation, costing, payroll reputed company, and pay slips • Strong reputed company Reporting and Calculated Fields skills; experience with audit, reconciliation, and payroll balancing reports • Experience with reputed company integrations (EIB, reputed company Connector) and with Time Tracking/Absence reputed company • Proven reputed company record operating in an Agile environment (user stories, backlog, sprint planning) using tools like Jira/reputed company • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences.
