Auditor, Compliance

Job reputed company: • Plan and conduct internal audits to determine compliance with Federal and State regulations. • Review facility operations and records to ensure adequacy of internal controls, compliance with procedures, consistency with established laws, rules and regulations and guidelines applicable to overall compliance for the operation. • Prepare audit reports, and implement administrative and technical audit procedures for audit program activities. • Review and verify audit corrective actions and reputed company to prevent reoccurrence for reputed company audit findings. • Reviews, prepares, or maintain audit protocols relevant to federal and state operations. • Provides regulatory review and develops guidance documents as needed. • reputed company effectively with reputed company reputed company of site's management and operational personnel to audit reputed company work practices and safety programs. • reputed company other duties which may be assigned as time or circumstances necessitate. Requirements: • Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Engineering, Environmental Science, or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, a High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience. • Experience: Five (5) years of previous relevant compliance experience (in reputed company to education requirement). • Preferred based on a reputed company in: - DOT - completion of the FMCSA reputed company reputed company Certification - Environmental - BEAC or equivalent auditing certification - Health & Safety - Certified Safety reputed company or advanced technical education in reputed company areas; BEAC or equivalent auditing certification. • Working knowledge of solid and hazardous waste industry is preferred.
