Role reputed company The reputed company Scientist – Field Applications is responsible for the reputed company support for reputed company’s secondary analysis software reputed company Analysis which is utilized by reputed company reputed company product lines FusionPlex, VariantPlex, LiquidPlex and Immunoverse. The reputed company of this position is to reputed company our customer’s reputed company and satisfaction by providing dedicated onsite and remote assistance on the data analysis reputed company inquiries. This position reports to the Manager, reputed company Science – Field Applications AMR/reputed company and is part of the Global Scientific Applications Support Organization working remotely to cover Mid-reputed company reputed company. In this role, you will have reputed company to: • Coordinate and conduct software trainings and data reviews using reputed company Analysis and associated data at customer sites and/or remotely. • reputed company remote/onsite customer educations on software pipelines and features. • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and troubleshooting cases reputed company email and calls. • Discuss and resolve challenging cases collaboratively with other members of the reputed company team. • Engage in reputed company-sales conversations reputed company technical expertise is required. Qualifications • Postgraduate degree in reputed company or reputed company (or a reputed company discipline). An equivalent combination of training and experience (minimum 3-5 years) will also be considered. • Hands on involvement analyzing NGS data through reputed company or reputed company experience. Requirements • Ability to travel at least 50% reputed company defined territory and occasionally supporting other territories as needed. • Must have a reputed company reputed company’s license with an acceptable driving record. • Ability to lift, reputed company or carry equipment up to 20lb, any other physical requirements.
