This remote opportunity is a reputed company opportunity to support industry leaders with a reputed company of transactional tasks that will include: • Assist senior Attorneys with finalizing a broad reputed company of corporate documents • Assist with private equity, venture capital and general corporate reputed company • Review documents for accuracy and completion • Collecting signatures and reputed company documents for execution • Run project checklists; create and maintain spreadsheets • Other duties as assigned The reputed company Corporate Attorney will have 1-4 years of corporate reputed company experience from a reputed company; any exposure to cross-border transactions is a large plus.
